Pre-Acquisition feasibility studies are normally commissioned by investors to gain a detailed understanding of a property before taking a commercial decision.

Pre-Acquisition feasibility studies are undertaken at varying levels of detail, from outline generic inspections to very detailed specific assessments for particular building elements, internal services & external fabric, mechanical & electrical utilities, fire risk management systems etc. and highlight any significant defects and deferred maintenance.

The report is normally tailor made according to the proposed final usage of the property which may require structural modifications, putting the building to totally different type of use than originally developed for etc. so that both physical and financial feasibility can be determined.

The report submitted by Besten will provide advice on building codes and standards, current condition of the building fabric, condition of utilities and services and suitability of their continued use, as well as preliminary block estimates and budget for any maintenance and alterations suggested for the property.
